Noteworthy Gift
In honor of our late bandmate, John Sorensen, for the second summer the John Sorensen Gift of Music will endow a Pops position for a local high school musician. John’s wife, Karen, a former Kenosha Pops musician, looks to carry on John’s legacy and his commitment to teaching music to young people, and to continue the family’s deep connection to the Kenosha Pops.
